Happy Holidays

Merry Christmas to all. The months of November and December flew past. I hope everyone has has a blessed holiday. We remain closed until January 2, 2014. How fun to put up a new calendar!

Our wait lists have been stopped and openings have been filled. We are officially looking like a 3 under 2 home child care license type. This means starting in April we will have 3 children under the age of 2 years old. The infant and toddler class was so much fun to complete and I am bursting with ideas for the new year. There does not look like there will be any new openings for quite some time since my own children will keep me at my max of 6 kids. Thanks to all who have been interest in the opening. I want to direct anyone seeking child care to Fort Collins Partners In Childcare. Fcpic.org or 225-3018. They can help with referrals.

January will be an exciting and busy month. For my family it is the month of birthdays: 3 grandparents out of 4, 1 husband, and 1 daughter all have birthdays over the next 3 weeks.
Kindergarten registration is also coming up. So if you know of children reaching that age maybe give a friendly reminder of the upcoming enrollment date which is in February.

Thanks for checking in. Have a blessed New Year!

October

October is here! This is my favorite month. The harvest the costumes its all great. I hope everyone is enjoying the chilly weather now too. We are all very excited to watch the leaves change colors and eat some of the yummy foods that have been growing all summer long.

Openings in our home have changed. We no longer have an above 2 year old opening. A wait list has been started on the infant spot. I will have an opening for an infant starting late January early February once my new Infant License is in place. I am opening a wait list for that spot. The way that works is once I have confirmation from Licensing that there is an available spot for a new infant I start calling from the top of the wait list. Once a person is called they have 72 hours to respond with a yes or no to the available spot or I move on to the next person on the list. If you are wanting to do a tour now for that spot the timing is perfect.

Thanks for checking in with us. Enjoy your Fall!

September & School starts

We have a rare infant opening. I am looking for someone who can come 4 days a week Monday through Thursday 8am-6pm. 2 months old and up are all welcome!

We also have another spot available for Full or Part Time over the age of 2 yrs.

Looking ahead... I will be getting my infant and toddler license in January. This means I will be specializing in younger children. Ratio's will be kept low, so one on one attention is a priority. So in January I will be accepting another child under the age of 2 years old.

The start of the school year is here! We have started preschool lessons again and are excited to incorporate our new reading program that starts at 2 1/2 years old. We have had huge success with our 4 year old learning to read this way and can't wait to teach it to more. At 4 years old our daughter is reading 2nd grade books, wouldn't it be exciting to see your child doing the same.

Things have changed a bit around here. After going through cancer with our youngest daughter we have decided to keep Friday's flexible. I can care for other children on Friday's on an as needed basis-no more than 2 times a month. This flexibility is to take our youngest to appointments required post chemo. Thank you for understanding and I hope this will work with everyone just fine.

Please don't hesitate to give us a call if you are interested in the openings. We do have wait list options available if you are looking but not sending your child to care within this month to hold the spot for you. Please give us a call with any questions: Jodi Conley 670-1069

Hello all. Thank you for checking in with us. We are quickly filling up since we've reopened. I have one spot left for a child over the age of 2 to start the school year. This spot is considered full time 4 days a week M-Th 8am- 6pm. Arrangements can be made for Friday care with special request.

Please note our prices have changed. All families currently enrolled will remain on the same pricing schedule they originally signed on with. We charge by day so part time care and flexible scheduling is available.

CLC Closed for 6 months

Sorry to inform everyone that Conley's Little Critter's has shut down for the next 6 months. We have recently found out that our youngest daughter (who just turned 1 year old) has brain cancer. She had a small tumor removed just before her birthday and we started chemo just after her birthday in mid May. There was very little option in the matter that I would have to shut down my business to take care of Aly down in Denver. I have given families referrals for other caregivers for the time that we will be closed. Hopefully if all goes well for Aly then we will be back at home at the end of 6 months and will start off the child care again in December. If you would like to follow Aly's story about treatment and just stay in touch with our family her web site is caringbridge.org/visit/AlyzaConley. Please pray for Alyza and our family during this difficult time. Thank you for your support and interest in CLC.
